Quilts At The Creek - July 29 & 30, 2017
Come and see the Village as you’ve never seen it before- covered in handmade quilts!
Over 275 traditional and modern quilts cover, drape and adorn Black Creek Pioneer Village in a spectacular outdoor art experience!
What is a trunk show? Imagine getting to see a whole trunk of quilts made by one person and hearing the story behind their quilt journey! Trunk Shows will be held each day in the Town Hall. Check back in Spring 2017 for an updated schedule of speakers.
Interactive Textile Trail
Discover the Textile Trail and get in on the action! Try your hand at dyeing ang spinning wool, race your friends at the giant quilt block challenge, add your square at the quilting frame and more!
The event is held in partnership with The Quilts at the Creek Collective and the York Heritage Quilters Guild.
For more information, check out The Quilts at the Creek Collective and York Heritage Quilters Guild.
* MAP passes cannot be used during event days. But don't worry! Pioneer Village invites MAP pass users to visit during our regular non-event days.
