During this three-hour Specialist High Skills Major (SHSM) certification course, students will focus on the basic principles of working safely and successfully within a team.

Students will complete activities that promote co-operation, communication, critical thinking, and creative problem solving.

Working in small groups, students will create a meal together in a historical setting and participate in an interactive role-playing game.
