During this three-hour Specialist High Skills Major (SHSM) certification course, students will focus on basic principles of the skills required to work in a heritage site, through a variety of hands-on experiences.

Students will complete activities that promote skills in customer service, teamwork, communication, and historical methodologies.

Working in small groups, students will create a meal together in a historical setting, examine 19th century artifacts, and participate in various skill-based trades activities.
