How to: Bake Scones

Let’s talk teatime! Join Black Creek’s Victoria as she demonstrates how to bakes scones using an authentic 19th-century recipe.

Want to follow along with Victoria?

You will need:

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 4 tbsp of butter
  • ½ cup of milk (or more)
  • ¼ cup of sugar
  • ½ tsp of baking soda
  • 1 tsp of baking powder

Serve with any jam. (May we recommend this rhubarb jam?)
