Experience The Village at your own pace with our Relaxed Visit.
This is a specially designed program that ensures a comfortable and welcoming environment for people of all abilities. Whether you are on the autism spectrum, have sensory sensitivities, or other communication, physical, or developmental needs, we’ve crafted an experience that reduces unexpected surprises and sensory triggers, allowing you to explore and enjoy the Village with ease.
Our Relaxed Visit Day offers:
- Quiet, calming spaces throughout the Village where visitors can take a break whenever they need.
- Sensory kits and sensory rooms
- Enhanced signage
- Hands-on, tactile learning opportunities that encourage exploration and connection with history in a meaningful way.
This program is developed in collaboration with Grandview Kids and Surrey Place, reflecting our commitment to accessibility and community partnership. We’re proud to continue growing these resources to make the Village a space for everyone to enjoy.
Pricing:
- Adults (ages 15-64): $19.44 + HST
- Children (ages 4-14): $14.24 + HST
- Students (ages 14+ with ID): $15.55 + HST
- Seniors (ages 65+): $15.55 + HST
- Toddlers (ages 3 & under): Free
- Conservation Parks Members: Free General Admission
Cancellation requests received by TRCA more than 3 days before the start of the program will receive a 75% refund of the relevant program fees paid. Cancellation requests received by TRCA less than 3 days before the start of the program do not qualify for a refund. Please contact us in cases of sickness prior to the program so we can be in touch about rescheduling or refunding. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Cancellation requests must be received in writing by email to vservices@trca.ca.
