If you always do what’s expected, how will you change the world?
The Half Way House Hotel always has interesting visitors, so you head there for some inspiration.
While there, you spy a broadsheet with some opportunities to help people, as well as some stories about poverty. The more you read, the bigger your eyes get. Whole families crammed into one room; children without enough to eat. It’s awful!
As you get older, you become more and more interested in helping these families.
When you’re 17, it’s time to make a decision. Visiting the poor and seeing the conditions for yourself would help you understand the problem better. On the other hand, writing a passionate newspaper article could do more good, faster.
Which do you choose?
